I Didn't give negative ratings as it is not your fault. I send registered mail but you send non registered mail. Unsafe in few asian countries Never arrived to me even after 11 months.😢😢😢 No more swap with countries where postal charge is high like Netherlands, finland or other nordic countries. Only sending and receiving by registered, no more non registered 😢
