I received his letter on 21.03.2019, and I sent my letter on 22.03.2019. He gave me a red mark. He's not a fair man! Don't make an exchange, because if you don't get the letter first, you will be given a red rating. A ridiculous man. There are 5 exchanges and he thinks he appreciates everyone as he sees fit. We'll give you a red rating if we don't get the replacement caps and we don't value it in advance.
